-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) The counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer to the finding given by the trial Court while dismissing the application under Section 10 CPC viz-a-viz relief seeking registration of the sale deed. I am of the view that the finding rendered by the Court below in the order dated 01.09.2016 shall not be construed expression on merits of the case. The counsel for the petitioners at this stage submits that the Court should have consolidated the matters and an alternative prayer in this regard has been made in the revision petition. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved, he can always move an application under Section 24 CPC before the concerned Judge for deciding the cases together. In view of the observations made above, no ground for interference is made out. The revision petition is dismissed.
