Learned counsel for the applicant-appellants submits that present Regular Second Appeal has been preferred challenging the concurrent findings of both the Courts below and the appellants have decided not to further pursue the same.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, supported by affidavit of appellant No.3-Sarabjit Kaur and the application having been filed through the original counsel, the same is allowed. CM stands disposed of.
