The case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.129 dated 28.12.2019 registered under Sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC, at Police Station Division No.1, District Pathankot. Vide order dated 24.01.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted ad-interim anticipatory bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 24.01.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
