Petitioners have moved this petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to provide security to the petitioners, which is under threat at the hands of respondents No.4 to 8. Counsel for the petitioners submitted that representation/complaint dated 8.11.2021 (Annexure P-4) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now. The counsel for the petitioners submitted that she will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 to take action on the aforesaid representation.

State counsel submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.
