***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner needs some time for handing over the vacant possession of the demised premises, in view of the affirmatory orders passed by the court below. Counsel for the petitioner gives an undertaking to hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises, which was described in the petition as ground floor of SCO 1123, Sector 22, Chandigarh, within a period of six months from today onwards, if so granted by this Court. In view of the submission, so made, counsel for the respondent submits that they have no objection if the six months' period is granted for handing over the vacant possession of the shop to the respondent. In view of the amicable settlement, so reached between the parties, the revision petition is hereby disposed of, with a direction to the Sonu 2025.02.21 16:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document P&HHC

 CR-5876-2014 (O&M) petitioner to hand over the vacant possession of the aforesaid shop to the respondent, within a period of six months' from today onwards i.e. upto 20.08.2025.

The petitioner shall remain bound by the aforesaid undertaking, so given by his counsel, subject to deposit of the rent accruing by 7th of succeeding month.
