NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the official respondents to conduct proper investigation on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) filed by him to conduct investigation in the case of murder of son of the petitioner, namely, Mandeep Kumar, who was found dead on 04.12.2022 under suspicious circumstances. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let this petition be disposed of only with a direction to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Jalandhar, District Jalandhar, to consider and decide the representation dated 02.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner.

Accordingly, and without commenting upon the merits of the claim of the petitioner and even the assertions set out in the petition, the same is disposed of only with a direction to respondent No.2 that if any such representation, as indicated above, is indeed pending consideration, that shall be dealt with expeditiously in accordance with law by passing a speaking order preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and convey the same to the petitioner.
