Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.123 dated 14.07.2020, under Sections 384, 385, 420, 506, 120-B and 201 (added subsequently) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Kotwali Nabha, District Patiala, and other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2.

Case called twice, but there is no representation on behalf of petitioners.

In view of the above, it seems that petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter.

As a result thereof, there is no option except to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution.
