**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the grounds that only Kulhadi (Axe) was attributed to him and only one injury has been caused by him. Given the criminal history mentioned in para 7, there are 8 more cases pending against the petitioner.

Given above, nature of allegations which are serious and antecedents of petitioner which reflects that petitioner is involved in eight cases of similar nature offences, he is not entitled to anticipatory bail and the present petition is dismissed. It is clarified that this Court is declining bail to the petitioner mainly because of the criminal antecedents and it shall have no bearing regarding the bail filed by the other accused.
