(ORAL) Petitioner has filed this third petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.184, dated 12.12.2019 registered under Sections 307, 379-B, 353, 186, 332, 333, 148, 149, 120B of IPC, 1860 and Section 22 NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Subhanpur, District Kapurthala. Custody certificate dated 04.04.2022 has been filed, which is taken on record.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw this petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
