The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 147 dated 10.12.2022, under Section 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Dirba, Sangrur (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation as directed vide order dated 31.01.2023. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Bikar Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 31.01.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
