Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of pre-arrest bail in FIR No.291 dated 23.12.2023, under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, registered at Police Station City Rupnagar, District Rupnagar.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
