Mr. Jaypreet Singh, DAG, Punjab.
HARPREET KAUR JEEWAN, J. (ORAL) 1.
Learned State counsel has informed that though the petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise, however, all the affected parties are not signatories to the compromise. It is further informed that cancellation report has already been presented by the investigating agency and filed before the Area Magistrate on 25.07.2021, however, the same is yet to be accepted by the trial Court. 2.
Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on 21.03.2024, none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3.
It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the present petition and he does not want to pursue the same. 4.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
5.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
