This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to not illegally harass the petitioner only on the ground that her son petitioner has been nominated in a FIR No. 113, dated 19.08.2019, under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 and 506 of IPC and under Section 4 of the 

    

   

 

, registered at Police Station Sadar, Police District Batala. 2.

A status report, dated 21.02.2024, by way of an affidavit of Sh. Khushbir Kaur, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Fatehgarh Churian, Police District Batala, has been filed in Court today by learned State counsel. The same is taken on record. 3.

As per the aforesaid status report, the son of the petitioner who is an accused in the aforesaid FIR has been declared as a Proclaimed Person under Section 82/83 of the Cr.P.C. by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Batala, and the investigating officer had conducted the raids in the Nitin 2024.02.23 12:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
