**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 16.03.2022 is the date fixed for 2nd motion. This petition be disposed of with a direction to the Family Court at Pathankat to record the statements of the parties in 2nd motion so as to prevent the parties from further vagaries as the issue is of mutual divorce under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act. In view of above, this petition is disposed with a direction to the concerned Family Court at Pathankot to make strenuous efforts to record the statements of the parties in 2nd motion. The petitioner may satisfy the concerned Court for recording the statements of the parties in 2nd motion even through virtual mode of hearing in accordance with law.
