The counsel for the petitioner says that the interim order was passed in a suit and the suit itself appears to have been dismissed in default. There is no scope for adjudication on the correctness of the interim order passed in a suit that has been dismissed for nonprosecution. 2.

The revision petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to revive this revision petition as and when the suit is restored to file.
