AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Mr. Surinder Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the suit has been dismissed as withdrawn, vide order dated 19.07.2016 as per the copy downloaded from the website of District Court, Jalandhar. He further submits that in view of the aforementioned, no cause of action survives in the present revision petition. Mr. Keshav Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions about the aforesaid fact but liberty may be granted to revive the revision petition, in case something contrary is found.
In view of the aforementioned, the present revision petition is ordered to be dismissed as infructuous.
