CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE B.S.WALIA
Present:
Ms. Satpreet Grewal Kapila, Advocate for the petitioners. B.S.WALIA, J (ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners states that she does not press the revision petition and would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the learned trial Court to consider and decide the objections, which have been filed by the petitioners-defendants against the report (Annexure P.5) submitted by the Local Commissioner. In view of the prayer being innocuous and genuine one, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with a direction to the learned trial Court to consider and decide the objections which have been filed by the petitioners to the report (Annexure P.5) submitted by the Local Commissioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
