(ORAL) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail the remedy of filing an appeal against the impugned order dated 25.5.2015 as per Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Ordered accordingly.

In case requisite appeal (in accordance with law) is preferred by the petitioner within six weeks from today, the concerned Appellate Court shall consider the application for condonation of delay filed alongwith the appeal (if any) sympathetically.
