**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner at the instance of respondent No. 4.

It is the case of the petitioner that he has entered into an agreement to sell with respondent No. 4 to purchase the property in dispute. However, the terms and conditions of the said agreement to sell were not complied with by respondent No. 4. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a suit for specific performance against respondent No. 4. Respondent No. 4 gave an application to the police authorities against the petitioner which was decided in favour of the petitioner. Now there is no application pending against the petitioner.

No case for issuance of direction is made out. The petition is dismissed.
