(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to apply to the authorities concerned afresh so as to seek grant of parole on account of certain changed circumstances particularly the increase in the custody period.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Upon any such fresh application being filed by the petitioner before the authorities concerned seeking grant of parole, the same shall be decided expeditiously without being influenced by earlier orders passed by the authorities rejecting his claim.
