The case, on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, was adjourned from 02.02.2022 to 10.03.2022, on which date, he again sought time to place on record the copy of advertisement. Thereafter, on 06.05.2022, due to non compliance of the order, it was adjourned sine die and to be listed when the compliance of the order is made.

However, no application has been filed till date. Therefore, the matter was listed for in terms of the order passed by the Arrears Committee and the learned counsel, as per office report, has been informed. 3.

Neither there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner, despite the case having been called out twice.

It appears the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the present case. 5.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
