Learned counsel submits that there is an injury that had been inflicted on the person of the petitioners which has not been taken note by the Investigating Officer.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the Superintendent of Police (D), SAS Nagar, shall supervise the investigation and also take note of the aforesaid along with opinion of the medical board and conclude the same, expeditiously preferably within 2 months, in accordance with law, which satisfies learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Disposed of accordingly.
