(ORAL) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to ensure that matter pertaining to FIR No.78 dated 30.7.2019 under Sections 452, 324, 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC, Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur is got investigated expeditiously in accordance with law so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest.

A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
