(Oral) On 09.10.2014, the following order was passed:- "Counsel submits that by mistake, the Appellate Court judgment dated 07.04.2014 (Annexure P-4) has been placed on record and is pertaining to another civil suit which was inter se Daljit Singh and another vs. Gurdeep Singh and another. The injunction has been granted in the suit titled Harnarain Singh vs. Gurdeep Singh and another. The mistake has occurred because the Trial Court orders were passed on the same day on 09.03.2012 and the Appellate Court also decided the appeals on the same date. He prays for liberty to place on record the correct Appellate Court order.

Adjourned to 10.11.2014.

Needful be done before the next date of hearing." Thereafter, various opportunities had been taken but the order has not been complied with.

Counsel now submits that there are other mistakes in the revision petition and prays for liberty to withdraw the same to file a fresh one on the same cause of action.

Ordered accordingly.

However, it is made clear that the said revision petition will be filed within a period of 4 weeks from today, failing which, the order of injunction passed on 09.03.2012 by the Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Hoshiarpur and upheld in appeal on 07.04.2014 will stand confirmed. 15.01.2015 (G.S.
