Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has not been able to comply with the order dated 18.04.2024 as the petitioner has died and his legal representatives are not coming forward. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for nonprosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
