       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.243 dated 25.09.2021, registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 326, 148 and 149 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on and Section 325 IPC deleted), at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar, Punjab.

Vide order dated 02.02.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Daljit Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
