Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the impugned order dated 04.01.2002 passed by the Presiding Officer, Schools and Colleges Tribunal, Punjab.

As is evident from the orders passed by this Court, the impugned order was not stayed and learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that during pendency of the present petition, respondent No.4 was taken back in service and thus could not state that anything survives in it. 3.

Disposed of accordingly.
