(Oral) The petitioner-wife is aggrieved of the order dated 07.08.2015, (Annexure P-5), whereby, the Executing Court has stayed the judgment and decree dated 13.04.2015 passed in favour of the petitioner on the ground that the Court did not have the territorial jurisdiction as the child was in the custody of the respondent-husband in Jaipur.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to contest the objections filed by the respondent - husband or if so advised, move an appropriate application seeking transfer of the execution application. With the aforementioned observations, I do not intend to interfere in the impugned order. Accordingly, the revision petition stands dismissed.
