The petitioner through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking direction to official respondents to consider representation dated 11.12.2019 of the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for UT Chandigarh, at the outset, submits that 17 out of total 18 witnesses have already been examined, thus, trial is at its fag end. The petitioner has filed CRM-M- 20980 of 2023 seeking quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise, thus, the present petition has rendered infructuous.
