Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.4Manpreet Singh son of the petitioner is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and he also assaulted the petitioner and in this regard representation/complaint dated 14.11.2023(Annexure P-2) was filed by the petitioner to take legal action against respondents No.4 to 9 but the police authorities failed to take any action in this regard. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if necessary direction is given to the respondent No.2 to look into the matter and decide his representation dated 14.11.2023 (Annexure P-2), in accordance with law, in a time bound manner. 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Gurdarshan Singh Sidhu, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State and submitted that in case any complaint/representation(s) has been filed, the concerned authorities will consider and decide the same as per law.

Counsel for the petitioner is agreed to the aforesaid proposal. 6.

In view of above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 14.11.2023 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
