The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 02.08.2017 (Annexure P-9) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Patti whereby an application under Section 65 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 for leading the secondary evidence was dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous as the matter stands compromised between the parties.
