Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 05.11.2018 (Annexure P5), passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Phillaur, whereby petitioners were declared proclaimed offenders in case FIR No. 52 dated 23.04.2018, registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 148 & 149 IPC (Sections 325, 326 & 307 IPC were added lateron) at Police Station Goraya, Police District Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that parties have inter se settled their dispute and they are ready to make statements accordingly. More so, petitioners are ready to surrender before the learned trial Court.
