By way of present petition filed under Section 438 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1206 dated 28.12.2022 registered under Sections 120-B, 406 and 420 IPC at P.S. HTM Hisar, District Hisar, Haryana.

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to file regular bail application before trial Court by raising all pleas available to him in law including violation of Section 41-A CrPC.
