(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.88, dated 28.06.2019, registered under Sections 323, 341, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Koom Kalan, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1). After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail his other remedies available under the law.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
