State counsel on instructions from ASI Dalip apprised the Court that the petitioner has been arrested by the police on 26.01.2025. 3.

Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner made a statement that on account of arrest of petitioner, the present petition has rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is hereby dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
