The learned counsel representing the respondent No.1 submits that the defendant No.1 has died during the pendency of the revision petition, therefore, the present revision petition is rendered infructuous. 2.
In this revision petition, the plaintiffs assail the correctness of the order passed by the trial Court on 19.10.2016 while nominating the defendant No.2 as a Guardian of the defendant No.1 who was mentally infirm.
