Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had joined the investigation.

On instructions from concerned official, learned State counsel does not refute the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Given above, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 02.02.2022 is made absolute, subject to the following condition: (1)
In case, the petitioner repeats the offence, then in the future bail application, the Court will consider this fact that despite warning, the petitioner did not mend his ways and continued his criminal activities.
