HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing of impugned FIR No.110 dated 01.06.2021, registered at Police Station Ismailabad, District Kurukshetra (Annexure P-1), under Sections 377, 506 and 511 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and police Challan No.1-A dated 19.10.2021 (Annexure P-2) under Sections 6 and 18 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO) and under Sections 377, 506 and 511 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 06.01.2023, arrived at between the parties (Annexure P-3). At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
