(Oral) Petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.193 dated 16.08.2020 registered under Sections 323, 324, 326, 341, 34 IPC (offence under Section 326 IPC added later on) at P.S. Kotwali, Kapurthala, District Kapurthala. Notice of motion was issued on 11.02.2021 on the premise that there is no specific injury attributed to the petitioner and the matter has been compromised between the parties. CRM-M-4725-2021 Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Arjan Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 11.02.2021, petitioners have joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer and they are no more required for further investigation of the case.

In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 11.02.2021 is made absolute. Petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
