The present petition has been filed for transfer of the petition filed by the respondent under Section 125 CrPC bearing No.337/2019 dated 05.08.2019 from the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge (Family Court), Sonipat to the competent Court at Narnaul. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main case before the Family Court stands dismissed as withdrawn on 22.05.2023 as per e-Court website of District Court, Sonepat.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to revive in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
