(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code read with Article 21 of Constitution of India, is for quashing of FIR No. 112 dated 03.09.2008 registered U/s 406/498A of IPC at Police Station Dakha, District-Ludhiana (Rural), Punjab, as well as order dated 04.09.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Ludhiana (Annexure P-3) in view of order of the acquittal of the co-accused (Annexure P-4) against the petitioners, and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

Permitted to do so.
