Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner who is grand father of a minor child aged about three years. Learned counsel for the petitioner has taken a plea that petitioner is not assured whether the minor child has been killed by the mother and the allegations are that custody was earlier only with the mother of the child.

Be that as it may, present petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed. If petitioner wants to have custody of the minor child, let appropriate petition be filed by him before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
