In view of the undertaking of the petitioner recorded in the court, this petition is dismissed. The petitioner is granted time till 31.7.2016 to vacate the premises. He would pay a sum of Rs.10000/- per month,with effect from today as rent/ mesne profits. It will be the liability of the petitioner to pay the electricity/ water charges/ house tax of the premises. The amount of mesne profits will be paid by 10th of each month in advance. In case of violation of the undertaking given, the landlord- respondents will be entitled to avail the legal remedy, available to them, in accordance with law.
