Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 11.8.2017 passed by the learned court below, whereby in the execution application filed the landowners, coercive steps are sought to be taken for recovery of the amount of compensation payable to the landowners concerned.

In view of the order passed today in CWP No.727 of 2017 titled as M/s Daulatram-Dharambir Auto Private Limited vs. State of Haryana and others, whereby interim stay granted in the execution proceedings has been vacated on account of availability of funds with the HUDA/State for payment of compensation to the landowners, in our view the impugned order dated 11.8.2017 passed by the learned court below proposing to take coercive steps for recovery of amount of compensation, deserves to be set aside.
