(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the aforementioned revision petition, civil suit at the instance of the respondent-plaintiffs, which according to the petitioners, was not maintainable as per the provisions of law referred to in the notice of motion order dated 22.09.2016, has been withdrawn, therefore, no cause of action survives in the present revision petition. The present revision petition has been arisen out of adjudication of the application moved under Order 7 Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure.

In view of the aforementioned, the present revision petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
