(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for directing respondents No.2 to 4 to conduct the demarcation while acting on the representation dated 15.12.2021 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.3 within a stipulated period preferably from one month from the date of direction issued by this Court. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Harish Sharma, Kanungo, Dhauj, Faridabad has submitted that the demarcation as prayed for in the present petition has already been carried out on 01.03.2024 and thus, the present petition is rendered infructuous.
