ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) Counsel for the parties submit that pursuant to a settlement arrived at, the parties have exchanged their possession and are in the process of completing the aforesaid settlement. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this revision petition with liberty to move an application for revival, if the settlement falls through. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3 submits that as per the settlement, the suit pending before the trial court is to be withdrawn by her clients and the same shall be withdrawn within one month from today. In view of the prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
