. &/ +0 The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to (i) supply the DDL report to the petitioner, (ii) recalculate and issue fresh bill to the petitioner and (iii) not to disconnect the power supply of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents No.2 to 4 contend that the grievances of the petitioner already stand resolved and the bill in question has already been overhauled and as such, no cause of action survives in the present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner pleads ignorance. However, considering the specific submission of the learned counsel for the respondents No.2 to 4- distribution licensee, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed at this stage. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of the present petition in case any of his grievances still subsists. ), '&
