MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of private respondents.

A perusal of the averments and submissions made by the petitioner do not inspire confidence which would warrant the issuance of the directions, as sought for, in the instant petition. The petitioner is at liberty to avail of any other alternate remedy as may be available to him, in law.

The petition is dismissed.
