HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their further custodial interrogation is not required. Petitioners Nishan Singh and Jagroop Singh @ Gurjit Singh are father-in-law and husband of the complainant respectively. Both the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the complainant affirm that the agricultural land measuring 18 kanal 1 marla situated in village Sodhi Nagar, District Ferozepur has since been transferred by petitioner-Jagroop Singh @ Gurjit Singh in CRM-M-10331 of 2021 in the name of the complainant-Manjinder Kaur. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 05.03.2021/10.05.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, MANOJ KUMAR 2021.09.20 09:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-4653 of 2021 #2# is made absolute. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
The Tehsildar, Ferozepur is directed to get an entry made in the revenue record regarding this piece of land that the same would not be retransferred in the name of petitioner-Jagroop Singh @ Gurjit Singh or otherwise alienated by the complainant without an order from the District Judge, Ferozepur on an application moved by the complainant. If any such application is moved, the learned District Judge is requested to satisfy himself about the genuine reasons for such transfer/alienation and that it is in the interest of the complainant before permitting such transfer/alienation. This order shall be operative only during the life time of the complainant.
